New Delhi [India], November 14 (ANI): The Delhi High Court on Thursday sought Police response over a plea moved by activist Devangana Kalita seeking direction to preserve and reconstruct the case diary related to its investigation into a case related to North East Delhi violence.
The bench of Justice Jasmeet Singh after noting down the submissions declined to immediately pass direction to the Delhi Police to preserve and reconstruct the case diary related to its investigation in a case related to the violence held during the February 2020 anti-CAA violence.
However, the Court directed the Delhi Police to respond to activist Devangana Kalita’s plea, which challenges the city court’s November 6 order. The court set the next hearing for November 25.
