Nagpur (Maharashtra) [India], September 23 (ANI): Congress MLA and President Nagpur Congress, Vikas Thakre on Monday praised Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole, saying that he will reap the results of his hard work.
On being asked about Patole’s role in the rise of Congress in Maharashtra, Vikas Thakre said, “The way he (Nana Patole) took the responsibility of Maharashtra Congress president…He will reap the results of his hard work…”
He also stressed that their responsibility is to get maximum elected representatives from Vidarbha region.
“…It is our responsibility to get the maximum representatives from Vidarbha. Those who work hard do justice to them,” the Maharashtra Congress MLA said while speaking to ANI.
Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat stated on Monday that the decision to choose Chief Minister face of Maharashtra will be taken by all coalition partners, adding that there is no reason to believe in rumoured names for the CM post.

On decision regarding CM face, Congress leader Balasaheb Thorat said, “We are fighting in an alliance. We will make decisions as an alliance…We have enthusiastic workers, different names keep coming up everywhere, and there is no reason to believe them. The decision taken as MVA will be accepted…”
Earlier today, Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala asserted that the discussion for the Chief Minister’s post among the coalition partners in Maharashtra will held after the elections, and added that their only aim is to remove the ‘corrupt’ government from power.
Speaking to media persons, Chennithala said, “We will hold discussions on the Chief Minister’s post after the assembly elections.”
“Our only target is to form the government now. We aim to remove the corrupt BJP government from power,” Chennithala added. (ANI)
